Coles Food Manufacturing Supplier Requirements

CFMSR Training

The Coles Food Manufacturing Supplier Requirements (CFMSR) Program is an initiative to ensure all Coles Brand products produced by Coles suppliers are safe, meet legal requirements, and are of the agreed quality. As part of this program the Coles suppliers must also meet ethical, animal welfare and other industry or applicable requirements. The CFMSR Program clearly sets out the requirements for the suppliers to follow.

The CFMSR Program is applicable to all direct, sub-contracted and indirect food and pet food suppliers of Coles Brand products. As part of the CFMSR Program, SAI Global in conjunction with Coles provides training to help you understand the criteria of the requirements.

CFMSR Supplier 3 Day Training

A 3 day CFMSR Training course is conducted each month at the Coles Store Support Office in Hawthorn East, Victoria. For convenience, group training on CFMSR is offered at your workplace. We also offer a customised 1 day supplier intensive training course ideally for specific team members requiring awareness of the CFMSR intent without the detailed knowledge of every clause.
